Indonesian citizen, 64 years old, and domiciled in South Tangerang.
Fathurrahman Djamil was appointed as Chairman of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) of BCA Syariah based on the Decision of the Shareholders of PT Bank UIB dated July 29, 2009 and obtained approval from Bank Indonesia on March 2, 2010. The last appointment was based on the AGM on March 4, 2022 for a term of office until the AGM in 2028.
He is experienced in the field of Sharia science as a practitioner and academic. Served as Deputy Chairman of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) for the period 2000-present, lecturer at several state and private universities, and is a member of the Sharia Supervisory Board at several financial institutions.
In addition to being the Chairman of the DPS at BCA Syariah, he also serves as the Chairman of the DPS at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (financing company), Chairman of the DPS at PT AIA Financial (insurance), Chairman of the DPS at PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia (insurance) and Member of the DPS at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (banking). Currently, he has no financial, share ownership, and/or family relationships with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors and/or controlling shareholders.
He earned his Bachelor's degree (1982) and Master's degree (1987) in Sharia Science from the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Continued his Doctoral Program (Ph.D) in Islamic Studies at McGill University, Canada (1992). Earned his Doctorate in Islamic Legal Theory from the State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta (1994). He actively participates in various training/workshops and forums held by BCAS, DSN MUI, and the International Shariah Research Academy for Islamic Finance.

Sutedjo Prihatono is an Indonesian citizen, 54 years old, residing in South Tangerang.
He was appointed as a member of the Sharia Supervisory Board (Dewan Pengawas Syariah - DPS) of BCA Syariah during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on March 4, 2015, and received approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on May 18, 2015. His latest appointment was during the RUPST on March 4, 2025, for a term until the RUPST in 2028.
Before becoming a member of DPS, he served as a member of the Audit Committee and Risk Monitoring Committee of BCA Syariah since 2010. He had a career at Karim Consulting Indonesia as a Non-Consulting Director (2004-2015), Senior Corporate Banking (2001-2004), and Human Resources Head (1996-2001) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. He has experience as an instructor and supervisor for various training programs in the field of Islamic banking.
In addition to being a member of DPS at BCA Syariah, he also serves as a member of DPS at BPRS HIK Ciledug (a banking institution). Currently, he has no financial relationship, share ownership, and/or family ties with members of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
Sutedjo Prihatono earned his Bachelor's degree from Krisnadwipayana University in the Faculty of Economics Management (1993) and a Master's degree in Management from Binus Business School in the Faculty of Management (2014). He has also participated in various training programs, including Selling Skill, Service Excellence, Accounting Programme, Financing Analysis, and General Islamic Banking Programme.

Indonesian citizen, 57 years old, and domiciled in Jakarta.
Nenny Kurnia Noersal was appointed as the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) of BCA Syariah at the AGMS on March 4, 2025 for the term of office until the 2028 AGMS and has received OJK approval on December 20, 2024.
Prior to joining BCA Syariah, he had a career at KARIM Consulting Indonesia (2007-2024), Muamalat Institute (1999-2001), Swiss Contact (1998 – 1999), Institute of Domestic Government d/h Institute of Government Sciences (1997-2007), PT. Infratama Yakti (1993 – 1995), Trisakti University (1991-1993).
Currently, he does not concurrently hold a position as a member of the Sharia Supervisory Board at other banks or at financial institutions other than banks. He also has no financial, shareholding, and/or family relationship with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders, either directly or indirectly.
He holds a Master of Art in Economics from Cleveland State University, USA and a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from Trisakti University, Jakarta. He has experience in working on various projects, including the Establishment of Sharia Business Units and the Implementation of Sharia Pawn Business; The preparation of compliance with sharia aspects related to Insurance includes the establishment of sharia units of Insurance Companies; study and implementation of spin-offs, conversions, mergers of sharia units; as well as product development; Conducting the Preparation of Sharia Aspect Compliance including the Establishment of Sharia Business Units, Conversion of Commercial Banks into Sharia Commercial Banks, Study and Implementation of Sharia Unit Spin-Offs, Product Development & Standard Operational & Procedure (SOP), Corporate Plan & Business Plan, Human Resources (Recruitment & Assessment), Market Research, and others.
