Don't be fooled by fake customer service numbers! The official number is only Halo BCA 1500888
Be careful, currently there are many fraud attempts via Google Maps. Some attempts include:
• Providing cellphone number information under the guise of a Contact Center or Customer Service which is not an official number
• Moving the Maps location of the BCA Syariah branch or ATM
The purpose of these fraudsters is to trick customers by directing them to fake Contact Center or Customer Service and then committing fraud. We urge all customers not to fall into the trap of fraudsters. Remember the following:
1. The Official BCA Syariah Contact Center is Halo BCA 1500888, never contact other numbers
2. The location of BCA Syariah ATMs and Branches can be found on the official BCA Syariah website
3. Remember! The official BCA Syariah social media accounts are only verified ones, for more details, you can check here

4. The Bank never asks for your ATM card number, PIN, OTP, CVV/CVC number.
Don't forget to always keep your personal banking data confidential such as ATM card number, PIN, OTP, CVV/CVC card number and others. Make sure you always contact the official BCA Syariah contact! Come on, let's protect personal data and report fake link fraud or fake BCA accounts so that they don't become more rampant looking for victims.
