Terms and Conditions of the Program

The #JadiPunya program consists of 2 schemes:

  • Pick a Prize Customers select a prize from those provided by BCA Syariah.
  • Custom Prize Giving prize where customers choose their desired prize outside the options offered by BCA Syariah, subject to terms and conditions.
  1. Applicable to new and existing individual customers of BCA Syariah with savings accounts under the mudharabah contract.
  2. Not applicable for joint accounts.
  3. Customers can participate in more than one #JadiPunya program.
  4. In a single #JadiPunya program application, customers can only choose 1 type of gift.
  5. Customer funds are placed in the form of Tahapan iB or Giro iB.
  6. Customers are considered enrolled in the #JadiPunya program once the funds are effectively blocked and all applicable terms and conditions are met.
  7. Customer funds will be blocked based on the selected amount and timeframe.
  8. BCA Syariah reserves the right to reject a customer's registration for the #JadiPunya program if the terms and conditions are not met.
  9. Customers can cancel the #JadiPunya program if the chosen gift from the e-catalog is not available and BCA Syariah has not placed the order and made payment for the selected gift.
  10. All costs arising from the cancellation of the #JadiPunya program are fully borne by the Customer, and the Customer authorizes BCA Syariah to debit the customer's account for these cancellation costs.

Terms of Gift Scheme Pick a Prize

  1. Customers select prizes according to the list found in the latest e-catalog. The types and prices of prizes may change at any time and will be informed to the customer before the purchase of the prize is made through mail/electronic media/other media.
  2. For prizes in the form of cars and motorcycles (vehicles), the following provisions apply: The reference price in the e-catalog is the maximum price according to off the road in DKI Jakarta. If the off the road price in the customer's domicile area exceeds the off the road price in DKI Jakarta, the price difference will be borne by the customer.
  3. Customers must complete the documents required by the vendor or third party appointed by BCA Syariah for the administration needs of the vehicle prize.
  4. If the prize chosen by the customer in the e-catalog is not available, BCA Syariah may replace the prize with an equivalent value by notifying the customer in advance about the prize to be replaced. If the customer disagrees, the customer must fill out and sign the program cancellation form.
  5. The color of the prize given will be based on the available stock.
  6. The prize will be delivered to the customer's address registered in the BCA Syariah system.
  7. The prize will be sent to the customer's address within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days for the non-vehicle prize category and 40 (forty) working days for the vehicle prize category after the effective funds and fund blocking have been carried out by BCA Syariah based on the fund blocking authorization from the customer and all necessary documents required by BCA Syariah from the customer regarding the prize delivery have been fulfilled or in accordance with the availability and SLA from each vendor.
  8. If BCA Syariah cannot deliver the prize due to an incomplete customer address or other reasons, the BCA Syariah branch will inform the customer so that the customer can collect the prize at the designated collection location by BCA Syariah (BCA Syariah Branch or vendor location).
  9. Customers must inspect the prize before accepting it. If the prize received by the customer is damaged/not as expected, complaints can be submitted to BCA Syariah within 2 working days with evidence such as unboxing video and product photos addressed to the BCA Syariah Branch Office where the customer participated in the program.
  10. The replacement of prizes due to damage/non-matching will be accepted by the customer within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days for the non-vehicle prize category and 40 (forty) working days for the vehicle prize category after the goods are taken by the vendor. Replacement of prizes agreed upon by the customer and BCA Syariah cannot be canceled or changed.
  11. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
  12. Gifts received by customers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Terms and Conditions for the Custom Prize Scheme

  1. Customers must inform BCA Syariah in advance of the gift they intend to purchase, either in the form of a brochure or product link.
  2. The seller must be registered as an official store on an official marketplace or have a permit as an authorized store (validated through an official invoice issued by the seller and submitted to BCA Syariah).
  3. BCA Syariah is not responsible for the accuracy of brochures or product links provided by the customer.
  4. Purchased gifts must not violate Sharia principles, break the law, or be in dispute with other parties.
  5. Gifts must be in the form of ready stock items, not on order.
  6. Gifts must be items that are reasonable for trading.
  7. Gifts must be new items, not used goods.
  8. Customers can request accessories directly related to the main item as part of the gift.
  9. BCA Syariah reserves the right to decide which accessories can be considered part of the gift.
  10. Customers submit the purchase of gifts to BCA Syariah through a Prize Purchase Request Letter.
  11. The maximum value of the gift that customers can request is the reference value in the e-catalog. The reference price of gifts may change at any time.
  12. BCA Syariah makes the payment for the requested gift according to the Gift Purchase Request Letter within a maximum of 14 working days.
  13. Customers or their representatives are authorized by BCA Syariah to collect or receive the desired gift after BCA Syariah makes the purchase for the gift.
  14. Return or receipt of the gift is done after the customer receives a wakalah from BCA Syariah.
  15. Customers must provide proof of the handover of the gift from the seller to BCA Syariah.
  16. The gift delivery process for the CUstom Prize scheme is the responsibility of the customer.
  17. BCA Syariah is exempt from responsibility for the quality and all risks associated with gift purchase by the customer.
  18. Complaints related to gift delivery or gift quality must be submitted by the customer directly to the seller and resolved directly by the customer and the seller.
  19. BCA Syariah reserves the right to reject gift purchase requests from customers if the gift submission does not meet the terms and conditions.
  20. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
  21. Gifts received by customers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer Statement

  1. Customers give their consent and authority to BCA Syariah to provide customer data to vendors or other third parties, including customer name, phone number, address, and other customer data required by vendors or third parties for the purpose of gift delivery.
  2. Customers are willing to be contacted by vendors or other third parties for the purpose of gift provision and delivery.

Customer Complaints

  1. Customers or customer representatives can submit complaints regarding transactions/services of BCA Syariah through the nearest BCA Syariah branch office or Halo BCA at 1500888, verbally or in writing.
  2. Information on customer complaint services can be accessed through the website www.bcasyariah.co.id.

Other Terms Related to the Program

  1. Other terms related to products and services of BCA Syariah as long as not regulated differently in these terms and conditions are declared to remain valid and binding for customers.
  2. These terms and conditions are an integral part inseparable from the general terms and conditions of PT Bank BCA Syariah's accounts and banking services.
  3. In the event of a customer's death, the customer's participation will continue until the end of the term. The collection of prizes in the event of the customer's death will be done by the customer's heirs according to the provisions in place at BCA Syariah.
  4. Customers hereby agree and acknowledge that BCA Syariah has the right to amend/modify/supplement these terms and conditions. For this purpose, BCA Syariah will notify customers within a reasonable timeframe stipulated in the applicable regulations through BCA Syariah branch offices or other communication channels.
  5. Should there be changes in benefits, risks, costs, or these general terms and conditions, customers have the right to submit their objections in writing to BCA Syariah within 30 working days from the notification of the changes.
  6. If customers do not raise objections within 30 working days, they are deemed to have accepted the changes.
  7. If customers do not approve the changes, they have the right to close the account or service after settling all outstanding obligations to BCA Syariah.
  8. In case of reports indicating fraud, other legal violations, or transaction irregularities related to customer program participants, BCA Syariah reserves the right to cancel prizes or program registrations for #JadiPunya.
  9. These terms and conditions have been adjusted to comply with legal regulations, including regulations from the Financial Services Authority and the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  10. In the implementation of these terms and conditions, force majeure events mean events, conditions, or incidents that occur beyond the reasonable ability, power, or control of BCA Syariah and not caused by BCA Syariah's fault, which hinder, obstruct, or delay BCA Syariah in fulfilling its obligations. Force majeure events include, among others: natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, wars, fires, embargoes, strikes, sabotage, power outages, telecommunications disruptions, and regulatory decisions hindering program implementation.
  11. If there is a delay, non-fulfillment, or non-performance of BCA Syariah's obligations caused by force majeure, it is not considered a default or violation.
