Celebrating National Customer Day, BCA Syariah Strengthens Commitment to Excellent Service
Jakarta, September 4, 2024 – Joining in celebrating National Customer Day, the Board of Directors and management of BCA Syariah went directly to serve customers at branch offices spread across Jakarta, including Jatinegara, Samanhudi, Sunter and Mangga Dua.
On that occasion, the Board of Directors listened to customer aspirations and expressed appreciation to customers who have given their trust to BCA Syariah as a banking partner.
Welcome Customers - BCA Syariah President Director Yuli Melati Suryaningrum and BCA Syariah Jatinegara Branch Manager Adrian Prabowo gave souvenirs as a form of appreciation to customers on National Customer Day in Jakarta (4/9/2024). BCA Syariah introduced the new BSya mobile banking with the latest features for easy customer transactions and worship.
BCA Syariah President Director Yuli Melati Suryaningrum on the sidelines of serving customers at the Jatinegara Branch Office said, "Our priority is to place customers at the center of all daily activities. Customer aspirations are a source of inspiration for us in developing product features and improving services. We make this National Customer Day a momentum to continue to strengthen our commitment to providing the best products and services for customers."
BCA Syariah's commitment to providing the best service to customers is reflected in the results of the 2024 Bank Service Excellence Monitoring (BSEM) survey conducted by Marketing Research Indonesia (MRI) and Infobank, where BCA Syariah successfully won an award as the Bank with the best service for various categories such as traditional and digital banking including walk-in channels, customer service, tellers, mobile banking, internet banking, social media, email services and websites.
In accordance with the theme of National Customer Day 2024, namely "AI Makes Customer Service More Responsive and Personal", BCA Syariah also introduced the latest mobile banking application called BSya (read: bi-sya). BSya provides various features that can meet the financial transaction needs and worship needs of customers.
In addition to providing banking transaction features such as online account opening, transfers, payments, purchases, cardless cash withdrawals, QRIS and e-branch cash withdrawals, BSya also provides Islamic features to make it easier for customers to carry out worship such as the direction of the Qibla, prayer schedules and online Hajj pilgrimage fee deposits.
"Excellent and sincere service to customers supported by the use of digital technology is expected to build a stronger relationship between BCA Syariah and customers and improve the customer transaction experience for the better," concluded Yuli.
