BCA Syariah Commemorates National Customer Day 2023

In commemoration of National Customer Day, President Director Yuli Melati Suryaningrum (center) and Director Houda Muljanti (left) accompany a customer in opening an online account at the BCA Syariah Branch Office in Jatinegara, Jakarta (04/09/2023). BCA Syariah consistently prioritizes innovation and collaboration in delivering various robust Islamic banking solutions and services to its customers. One of these initiatives includes the launch of the online account opening feature, accessible anytime and anywhere through the BCA Syariah Mobile channel. Mobile banking transactions at BCA Syariah have shown sustainable growth, recording 6.39 million transactions as of June 2023, with a 47% year-on-year increase.

As a token of appreciation for customers, the BCA Syariah Board of Directors also presented souvenirs to customers who came to conduct various transactions at the BCA Syariah branch.
